About Mano Support

Small on purpose. Personal by design.

Mano Support was built on a simple belief: NDIS coordination works best when the person who answers your call is the same person who knows your story.

About Me

A smiling man with dark hair, beard, and mustache wearing a black collared shirt with a red logo, standing against a plain white wall.

I'm the founder of Mano Support and your Support Coordinator. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science and have spent over seven years working inside the NDIS, coordinating supports for participants across the full range of complexity, from first plans through to specialist arrangements involving supported independent living, specialist disability accommodation, and behaviour support.

I started Mano Support because I saw too many participants passed between rotating coordinators who never had time to learn their story. When you work with Mano Support, you work with me. I read your plan. I attend your meetings. I take your calls.

"Mano means hand in Italian. It's a nod to my family, and to the kind of support I want to offer: steady, practical, and always within reach."

I keep my caseload deliberately manageable, so every participant gets genuine attention. That means when something urgent happens, a provider falls through, a plan decision doesn't make sense, a review lands on your doorstep, you're not starting from scratch with a stranger.
