Support Coordination

We provide ongoing Level 2 and Level 3 Support Coordination to help participants navigate the NDIS with confidence.

Our rates are aligned with the current NDIS Price Guide, ensuring transparency and compliance.

Consultancy

For participants who don’t require ongoing Support Coordination or don’t have it funded in their NDIS plan, we offer short-term consultancy and training services.

Price: $150 per hour

  • Support Coordination helps you understand and make the most of your NDIS plan. we do this by connecting you with the right supports and services. We’re here to guide you, problem-solve, and build your confidence so you can reach your goals and feel in control of your journey.

  • Yes. Support Coordination is funded under the Capacity Building: Support Coordination budget in your plan. If your NDIS plan includes it, there is no out-of-pocket cost.

  • There are three levels:

    • Support Connection (Level 1) – Build your confidence to manage your plan.

    • Support Coordination (Level 2) – Ongoing support to coordinate providers, plan budgets, and resolve issues.

    • Specialist Support Coordination (Level 3) – For complex needs or high-risk situations that require specialist skills.

    At Mano Support, we provide Level 2 & Level 3 Support Coordination.

  • We support participants across Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Redlands, Moreton Bay and Gold Coast.

    Remote sessions are also available.
